- Run 3 times per week. (This will always be my number one goal!) One has to be my long training run.
- Cross train at least once (biking, Jillian Michaels video, yardwork)
- Eat less sugar!

3 Challenges for week of 4/18/2010 to 4/25/2010
I am going to try to make 3 goals per week and report on how I do at them. Maybe this will keep me on track :)
