3 Challenges for week of 4/18/2010 to 4/25/2010
I am going to try to make 3 goals per week and report on how I do at them. Maybe this will keep me on track :)
Run 3 times per week. (This will always be my number one goal!) One has to be my long training run.
Cross train at least once (biking, Jillian Michaels video, yardwork)
Eat less sugar!
I also hope that I have a better week at work with less stress!!
